Bro you need to learn how to use wikipedia!!!
En.wikipedia.org – it has everything you could ever need for like, all your subjects forever.
I’ve been to Kyoto – it rocks!!! Reasons to got there are becuase it was the ancient capital city of Japan – so it has all the really old, huge, amazing temples, palaces etc. The people there are also really nice, compared to other large cities like Tokyo, where people are always in a hurry and are mean to you. And in Tokyo they eat whales. In Kyoto, people are smart and nice enough not to eat whales.
Oh! And it has lots of Sakura (cherry blossom) trees. You know- the pink ones. They look really cool there.

- The written history of Japan began with brief appearances in Chinese history texts from the first century AD. However, archaeological research indicates that people were living on the islands of Japan as early as the upper paleolithic period….
HISTORY
Japanese legend maintains that Japan was founded in 600 BC by the Emperor Jimmu, a direct descendant of the sun goddess and ancestor of the present ruling imperial family. In about AD 405, the Japanese court officially adopted the Chinese writing system. Together with the introduction of Buddhism in the sixth century, these two events revolutionized Japanese culture and marked the beginning of a long period of Chinese cultural influence. admin answers:
Kyoto remained an important city in Japan, but it was no longer the capital (the capital moved to Tokyo in 1869).
There were not many Japanese immigrants to mainland America between 1875-1895, barely a handful; due to the sugar boom, most Japanese immigrants settled in Hawaii. It wasn’t until the 1910′s that any significant number of Japanese came to the mainland.
